Kingsford Community School welcomes school leaders from Moldova
Kingsford pupils sharing their learning experience with international school leaders
As part of our ongoing commitment to enriching our pupils’ learning through global collaboration, Kingsford Community School was delighted to welcome school leaders from one of our partner schools, Heritage International School in Moldova, on Thursday 30th January 2025. We had the pleasure of hosting Miss Tatiana Arnautu, Chief Operating Officer, and Miss Marina Bilivskaya, Chief Financial Officer for a day of school tours and valuable exchange of best educational practices.
Upon arrival, our guests were warmly greeted by Kingsford’s Global Ambassadors, who welcomed them in multiple languages. The impressive display not only reflected Kingsford’s diversity but also showcased our pupils’ confidence in engaging with international leaders. A particularly special moment was when they were unexpectedly greeted by a Moldovan pupil in their language, making the visit even more memorable.
During their time at Kingsford, Miss Arnautu and Miss Bilivskaya met with members of our Leadership Team to explore key aspects of Kingsford’s educational approach that they were keen to learn about. They gained insights into our broad and diverse curriculum, extensive post-16 and careers support, and thriving international provision.
The visit also included classroom observations, where our guests witnessed engaging lessons and spoke with pupils who confidently talked about their learning experiences, enrichment activities, and the wide range of opportunities available to them at Kingsford. Miss Arnautu and Miss Bilivskaya were impressed by the pupils’ enthusiasm and the school’s vibrant learning environment
This visit once again highlights Kingsford’s identity as a hub for international educational exchange, reflecting our commitment to educational excellence and global engagement. Such partnerships are essential in broadening our pupils' international experiences, forging partnerships that create global opportunities for our pupils and advancing one of Kingsford’s core missions of empowering them to thrive as confident and well-prepared global citizens. We look forward to many more memorable visits like this one!
