Lettings

Kingsford Community School has a range of excellent facilities available for hire for educational events and other activities including a range of sports.

Our available facilities include:

• 3G Astro-Pitch
• Outdoor Basketball and Netball Courts
• Sports Hall
• Assembly Hall for performances and events
• Sports Field
• Gymnasium (Small Gym)
• Dance Studio
• Classrooms/Meeting Rooms

All hirers will be asked to provide documentation to ensure that arrangements are in place for the hire to run smoothly and safely. This will include proof of public liability insurance, first aid qualifications for an assigned first aider, and a risk assessment for the activity to be completed during the letting. For activities involving children and vulnerable adults, hirers must provide proof of compliant safeguarding arrangements, including DBS information and a safeguarding policy with details of a named Safeguarding Officer / Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Bookings and Payments:
All bookings are managed through the Kingsford SchoolHire page and must be made a minimum of five school days in advance of the booking, to allow time for internal checks of documentation to take place.
