 Re: Year 7 Parents Consultation Evening Thursday 1st May 2025, 3.40 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.   

You are invited to attend a Parent Consultation evening for parents and carers of Year 7 pupils on Thursday 1st May from 3.40 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. This is an important opportunity to speak to your child’s teachers about the progress your child is making in their KS3 subjects.    

On this evening you will have the opportunity to meet in person with each of your child’s subject teachers and receive constructive verbal feedback on your child’s current attainment and progress in each curriculum subject area.   

Appointments must be booked via EdulinkOne, although the appointments themselves will take place in person on the school site. To book appointments with the teachers you wish to meet with, please:  

   Log into EdulinkOne  

3. Click on the Parents’ Evening icon  

4. Select the event called “Year 7 Parents’ Evening”  

4. Select the available slots and then click “Book”.

Due to the large number of pupils that staff need to see, appointments will last 5 minutes. It is important that you arrive promptly for your appointments. We ask that you stick to your booked times for appointments, and we also ask for your patience and understanding if it is necessary to queue.  

The Year 7 team (Mr Islam and Ms Ofori-Boafo) will also be available to discuss any queries you might have.  

Please ensure that you book your appointments in EdulinkOne by no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday 29th April. If you need assistance booking the appointments, please contact the Communications Team at communications@kingsford.newham.sch.uk.
